I have chosen a Medicare Advantage program with a large health care provider, because it provides me at 72 to receive the services that I needed, especially after a recent lumbar back fusion surgery. It also enabled me to stay in my home without a facility placement which would be far more expensive than what a Medicare Advantage program is.
