I have been on a Medical Advantage plan for 7 years and have been able to see all my Primary and Specialists without any problems. I also receive my prescriptions which is included in my plan and I have a 0 premium for great coverage. I have saved quite a lot and use these savings to stay healthy and enjoy other activities.
It is wonderful insurance. My husband had a knee replacement, a diagnosis of dementia, and had many tests and medical appointments. Without Medicare advantage, we’d be totally broke.
Medicare Advantage is very important to me because I cannot afford the premium of a supplement and separate plan for Part D. Prescriptions are included in the Advantage plan, along with low copays, free visits to my PCP, vision care and Silver Sneakers too.
