I am Type 1 Diabetic with high blood pressure and asthma. My primary care doctor has monitored my care carefully, along with an endocrinologist. Blood tests, pneumonia shots, bone density tests, daily asthma medications, visits with diabetic nurses and prescribing pharmacist and Dexcom Continuous Glucose monitor have me feeling better than I have in 15 years. My blood sugar is under control, my high blood sugar is normal, I have lost 15 pounds, and I can breathe. This is care I need and can afford.
